NY Attorney Removed From Committee on Foreclosure Practices
So, does disagreeing with the head committee leader give reason to remove?
We don't, but you need to read our position and the full article and decide for yourself.
NY Attorney Eric Schneiderman was removed from the executive committee on foreclosure practices, only citing that his
actions were "unprecedented" and "Unacceptable". But, the article does not say what that means.
He was opposed to any settlement that would prevent further investigations into the big
banks foreclosure practices.
If you watch the news, you will know what we have known for a long time. The
banks do not have the paper trail to do a proper and legal foreclosure. Many use fake corporate
officials to sign (allegedly forged) new documents to complete the paper trail (AKA Robo
Signing). The big banks can now foreclose on the homeowner using documents that are not original
and possibly the ones they use may have been obtain fraudulently. Do you really want a
committee to decide that the government will not investigate the banking institutions for
possible criminal actions? This attorney was against that, along with a few others.
When you follow the paper trail, you will find out that the big banks has taken your alleged loan and has most likely been sold
and re-sold several times, then fractionalized into small increments and used to securitize international stock market purchases (mostly by
foreign countries and large foreign investors, who, at the time, had an exaggerated faith in US real estate, but whom long-since have accepted
their losses in the stock market). The investor knows when they have been screwed, but the big banks keep shoveling it out. We believe that no
settlement should be made to prevent official review of the bank’s lending practices, past, present or future.
In nearly 80% of the mortgages out there, the banks are foreclosing without really having the authority to do so. They are
not holding the note, it has been move, fractionalized, securitized out of existence. What can you do to help yourself?
